Golf View Hotel and Spa in Nairn is recruiting a Food and Beverage Assistant to join its hospitality team overlooking the Moray Firth. Part of the Crerar Hotels group, the hotel sits beside Nairn’s award winning beach and offers views across the Moray Firth, creating a unique setting for guests visiting the Highlands.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and delivering great service in a busy hotel environment.
The role
- As a Food and Beverage Assistant you will help deliver a high quality dining experience for hotel guests.
- You will welcome and assist guests throughout service, ensuring requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
- You will take orders, serve food and drinks, and support the team across breakfast, lunch and evening service.
- You will also help maintain a clean and organised restaurant environment and assist guests with menu recommendations when required.
Working pattern
- Full time role. 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Shifts scheduled across breakfast and evening service.
