Salary: £26,499.20 – £30,739.80 (rising to £34,125.00 on TC3 grade)
Role OverviewYou will principally be required to survey, measure and collate property information for the purposes of council tax and rating valuation.
Responsibilities- You will survey, measure and collate property information for council tax and rating valuation.
- You will travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations within the Highland area to meet operational requirements.
- You will undertake a basic Disclosure check.
You will have experience in the survey and measurement of buildings and land. Familiarity with working with the public will be an advantage. Good interpersonal, communication and computer skills are essential.
