Do you have a talent for making operations tick seamlessly behind the scenes? We’re looking for an exceptional individual who’ll join the Operations team of this growing international consulting firm, someone who loves to take responsibility for the smooth running of back office/admin support operations and will relish a role where no day is the same. This is one of those critical, behind the scenes roles, that helps complex, entrepreneurial organisations thrive.

You’ll be a proven organiser who loves to be busy, challenged, and able to use your initiative. With an excellent eye for detail, and the ability to adapt to a wide variety of tasks, you’ll demonstrate dependability, resourcefulness, and operating with a high level of accountability and independence, whilst still being an excellent team player. Perhaps you’ll have operated in a varied office, operations or admin management role, or a broad Executive or Team support role, or equivalent, but you’ll certainly be someone who takes great pride in the quality of their work, and in being a trusted ‘go to’ support resource within your organisation.

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of a busy London office, but also support business operations in Europe & New York.
  • Manage suppliers, facilities, compliance, office moves, onboarding new starters.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements and itineraries for dispersed teams and executives, including anticipating diary/logistical challenges.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute internal and external events, including vendor/contract/budget management.
  • Act as focal point of contact for day-to-day staff needs, reporting to the Head of Operations.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in busy operations/team support or office management role, including managing travel, logistics, and events.
  • A service‑driven mindset and strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt, use initiative, and work with a high level of precision and organisation.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, and with a curiosity about AI tools and emerging tech.
  • Emotional intelligence and a calm, solutions‑focused approach.

Why join:

You’ll be central to how the organisation operates, shaping processes, environments, and experiences across multiple international offices. If you want variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a visible impact every day, this is a real opportunity to thrive. This is a great chance to join a vibrant team doing purposeful work.
