We are currently looking for multiple HR interims with a particular strength in managing ER case work for c. 3 month assignments, to early or mid April.
You will be able to demonstrate extensive ER case management experience, skilled in resolving complex employee relations cases within a unionised environment. You will also be providing generalist HR support as required, so would expect to be travelling regularly to operational sites (in the Bristol area) approximately 3 days per week.
This role requires strong technical expertise, but also a high level of interpersonal skills to manage sensitive ER cases effectively and sensitively, coaching managers through the required HR processes.
You will also have experience of change and transformation, able to work with a high degree of independence while proactively communicating with key stakeholders and colleagues.
Experience of working within the public service or non-profit sector is advantageous, but we are also open to those from the commercial sector who bring significant unionised background.
Hybrid working - 3 days on-site, 2 days remote.
