If you've got the coding skills to build robust and scalable software, and the enthusiasm to contribute to a future where polar bears aren't just a sad meme, then listen up. You'll be diving headfirst into our cutting-edge digital platform, the brains behind multiple applications that are genuinely making a difference in areas like renewable energy.

What you'll be doing:

  • You'll be a dab hand at switching between front-end finesse and back-end brilliance.
  • Design and build highly scalable software solutions.
  • Work with our Business Analysts and Architects to ensure our Jira tickets are actionable.
  • Turn wireframes into actual, working code.
  • Craft user interfaces using frameworks like React.js.
  • Create a solid backend using Python.
  • Build reusable components and libraries.
  • Maintain and improve our existing applications.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of the tech world.

The Techy Bits:

  • At least 3 years working with a Python web framework (Django preferred).
  • At least 2 years of front-end experience (React preferred).
  • Familiarity with Docker and Docker Compose.
  • Experience with SQL and PostgreSQL.
  • RESTful API development and management.
  • Proactive Performance Tuning.
  • A solid grasp of design patterns.
  • DevOps tooling know-how (GitLab, CI/CD, Jenkins).
  • A working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
  • Contributing to the wider engineering team.

Bonus Points:
