We’re partnering a really interesting professional services firm based in central London as they seek a proactive Senior HR Analyst to join their small HR team during an exciting period of international expansion. If you love building HR tech, improving processes, and turning people data into meaningful insights, this is a great opportunity to make a big impact.
This role could suit a HR Generalist with flair for People Data & Systems or someone with specialisation in this field who’s keen to feel part of the wider team, and hold a problem-solving scope.
What You’ll Do- Implement and enhance the new LMS, performance tools, recruitment system, and benefits platform.
- Improve HR system integrations and deliver engaging training and user guides.
- Strengthen data privacy, compliance, and security across all HR systems.
- Build dashboards, analytics, and compensation reports that support smarter decision-making.
- Support wider HR operations and employee queries as needed.
- Strong experience across HR systems and implementations, preferably gained in similar corporate arena.
- Excellent analytical and data storytelling skills.
- Clear, user-friendly communication and training design abilities.
- Organised, detail-focused and highly process-driven mindset.
- Great relationship-building skills and commitment to confidentiality.
