The business delivers large-scale high-rise residential balcony packages and complex architectural metalwork projects across the UK, with project values ranging from £50k to £8m+. The role will involve managing multiple contracts through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget. Works include architectural metalwork, secondary steelwork, glass, timber, and associated packages.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience within architectural metalwork / secondary steelwork construction
- Proven experience managing multiple live projects simultaneously
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial and programme awareness
- CSCS & SMSTS required
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Word & Excel
