We are thrilled to offer an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our award-winning construction client to drive our company's strategic growth. This role is pivotal in identifying fresh avenues for business expansion, fostering strategic partnerships, and enhancing our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities, while nurturing enduring relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Manage a robust pipeline of opportunities across designated sectors, ensuring consistent growth and revenue generation.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, positioning our company as a preferred partner.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and untapped market segments.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires and maintain up-to-date supply chain updates.
  • Develop compelling and persuasive business presentations to effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Collaborate closely with Bid teams to craft winning tender bids and actively seek feedback to continuously improve our approach.

Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in Business Development or related fields is preferred; construction industry knowledge would be highly desirable.

Remuneration Package:

In recognition of your dedication and expertise, our client will offer a competitive salary package, inclusive of a car/travel allowance.
