I'm working with one of the UK's leading infrastructure contractors who are looking to appoint a senior leader to oversee the successful delivery of multiple complex projects across the UK. The role will involve: Leading multiple project teams from pre-construction through to handover Managing project delivery, commercial performance, and construction resources Building strong client relationships and overseeing subcontractors Driving safety, quality and operational excellence across major piling and geotechnical projects I'm keen to speak with professionals who have: 10+ years' experience within ground engineering or piling A strong background delivering complex civil engineering projects Excellent leadership and client-facing skills The ability to lead multiple contracts and project teams simultaneously Locations and offices across the UK with hybrid working.
