ROLE: Senior/Project Manager LOCATION: London SALARY: £75,000 + package Position Overview: As the Architectural Metalwork Project Manager, you will play a key role in guiding metalwork projects from conception to completion. This position involves managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. We are seeking a leader with exceptional project management skills and a deep understanding of architectural and structural metalwork processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and execution of architectural and structural metalwork projects, including facades, staircases, balustrades, canopies, and bespoke installations. Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, and subcontractors to develop detailed project plans, specifications, and schedules. Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with specifications and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with clients and project teams to provide updates, address concerns, and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship and adherence to industry regulations. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, conflicts, and obstacles that could impact project delivery.
