The Role
You'll work closely with project managers and site teams to manage the commercial performance of structural steel projects, ensuring strong cost control and contractual management.
Key responsibilities include
- Managing project costs and commercial reporting
- Handling variations, valuations, and final accounts
- Monitoring budgets vs project spend
- Liaising with main contractors and subcontractors
- Supporting procurement and contract administration
What They're Looking For
- Experience as a QS within structural steel or construction
- Good commercial awareness and contract knowledge
- Strong communication and organisational skills
