The Role
As Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role within the commercial team, supporting the successful financial and commercial delivery of structural steel projects.
You will be involved across areas including:
- Commercial management of structural steel projects
- Cost control, forecasting and reporting
- Subcontractor and supplier management
- Valuations, applications and final accounts
- Contract administration and commercial negotiations
- Identifying and managing commercial risks
- Working closely with project, design and delivery teams
About You
We are looking for a commercially strong Quantity Surveyor with:
- 3-4+ years' Quantity Surveying experience
- A strong background within structural steel / steel construction
- Good commercial and contract management experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to work independently while supporting the wider project team
- A genuine interest in progressing your career within the steel construction sector
