The Role

As Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role within the commercial team, supporting the successful financial and commercial delivery of structural steel projects.

You will be involved across areas including:

  • Commercial management of structural steel projects
  • Cost control, forecasting and reporting
  • Subcontractor and supplier management
  • Valuations, applications and final accounts
  • Contract administration and commercial negotiations
  • Identifying and managing commercial risks
  • Working closely with project, design and delivery teams

About You

We are looking for a commercially strong Quantity Surveyor with:

  • 3-4+ years' Quantity Surveying experience
  • A strong background within structural steel / steel construction
  • Good commercial and contract management experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • The ability to work independently while supporting the wider project team
  • A genuine interest in progressing your career within the steel construction sector
