We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to lead the engineering function across infrastructure construction works. You will ensure technical excellence, quality, compliance, and buildability while overseeing engineering teams and supporting the successful delivery of this high-profile infrastructure programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage site engineering teams.
- Ensure works are delivered in accordance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Oversee engineering compliance, inspections, and quality control processes.
- Support planning, coordination, and construction methodology.
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Promote and maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a civil engineering role.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of project efficiencies.
- Working towards professional membership (e.g. ICE or CIOB) desirable.
- CSCS/CSR card or equivalent desirable.
- Experience on major infrastructure or Tier 1 civil engineering projects advantageous.
