The Role
The Project Director will lead the successful delivery of multiple building projects across India, ensuring safety, quality, profitability, timely completion, and strong client relationships. The role will also focus on maintaining the company’s reputation and securing future business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, budgeting, programming, and resource management across projects
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring commercial, contractual, quality, and HSE compliance
- Manage subcontractor and supplier engagement alongside tendering and contract administration
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Support senior project teams in commercial negotiations, claims, and extensions of time
- Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company HSEQ standards
- Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing project teams
- Monitor project performance and provide regular reporting to senior leadership
- Ensure operational processes and controls are effectively implemented

- Degree in Engineering
- 25+ years’ construction experience
- 15 years managing large-scale projects
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Extensive experience in major building projects
