Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor with structural steel experience looking to work on some of the UK's most impressive projects? Our client is a leading structural steel contractor delivering major schemes across the UK including bridges, national infrastructure, commercial buildings, and large-scale developments. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team, supporting the successful delivery of steelwork packages from contract award through to final account.
The Role
You'll work closely with project managers and site teams to manage the commercial performance of structural steel projects, ensuring strong cost control and contractual management. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing project costs and commercial reporting
- Handling variations, valuations, and final accounts
- Monitoring budgets vs project spend
- Liaising with main contractors and subcontractors
- Supporting procurement and contract administration
