The Role
Working closely with operational, commercial, and senior leadership teams, you will coordinate the preparation and submission of high-quality tender responses and proposals across a range of infrastructure and utility projects. You will be responsible for managing the bid process from opportunity identification through to submission, ensuring responses are compliant, compelling, professionally presented, and delivered on time.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and managing multiple tender submissions simultaneously.
- Reviewing tender documentation and identifying key requirements, risks, and actions.
- Drafting, editing, and proofreading high-quality bid responses.
- Liaising with technical, operational, and commercial stakeholders to gather information and develop content.
