We are working with a tier one UK main contractor who have an extensive order book and the capability to deliver the country's most complex projects. They are seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead and co‐ordinate permanent works design on major infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Project Manager or Senior Design Manager, you'll manage design resources, oversee subcontracted designers, and ensure compliant, cost‐effective and timely delivery of design solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Design Manager role within infrastructure or construction
  • Strong knowledge of UK design standards, CDM Regulations and ISO 9001
  • Ability to lead design teams and manage complex interfaces
