This role is pivotal in identifying fresh avenues for business expansion, fostering strategic partnerships, and enhancing our market presence.\\n\\n(Assistant Level will be considered – Training will be provided )\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nProactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities, while nurturing enduring relationships with both existing and prospective clients.\\nManage a robust pipeline of opportunities across designated sectors, ensuring consistent growth and revenue generation.\\nCultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, positioning our company as a preferred partner.\\nConduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and untapped market segments.\\nAssist in the preparation and submission of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires and maintain up-to-date supply chain updates.\\nDevelop compelling and persuasive business presentations to effectively communicate our value proposition.\\nCollaborate closely with Bid teams to craft winning tender bids and actively seek feedback to continuously improve our approach.Candidate Profile:\\n\\nThe successful candidate will possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with Previous experience in Business Development or related fields is preferred, Construction industry knowledge would be highly desirable.\\n\\nDesired Skills:\\n\\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport and trust.\\nProficiency in delivering compelling presentations that resonate with diverse audiences.\\nAdaptability and a strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines with precision.\\nStrong research, analytical, and reporting abilities, enabling data-driven decision-making.\\nProficiency in utilizing IT tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.\\nA proactive, positive attitude towards challenges, coupled with the drive to achieve excellence in every endeavour.Remuneration Package:\\n\\nIn recognition of your dedication and expertise, our client will offer a competitive salary package, inclusive of a car/travel allowance.
