We are looking for an experienced Restaurant / Bar Manager to join our friendly team. The Highdown Inn and B&B is a beautiful example of a traditional country pub, set in outstanding natural Isle of Wight surroundings, and complemented by a rich history across the West of the Isle of Wight. As one of the best rated pubs on the Isle of Wight, we are well known for our charm, charisma and idyllic positioning.

We are a small team who all get involved in the preparation, cooking and cleaning down after every service, so we need someone who is hands-on and enjoys working as part of a team.

About the role

  • Cook breakfasts for B&B guests
  • Help our Head Chef in the kitchen during service
  • Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery
  • Food preparation
