Who are we looking for? Our employees are important to our success and we want them to be part of our open, honest and energetic environment. You'll need to be friendly, passionate and committed to delivering exceptional guest service, be someone who thrives on working in a team and sharing the film experience with our guests. This is definitely not a 9 to 5 industry and applicants must be prepared to work evenings and weekends.
As part of our team your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greeting and assisting our guests
- Ticket & refreshment sales
- Maintaining the cleanliness of refreshment areas, equipment and cinema auditoriums
Previous experience in a customer service role and cash handling would be advantageous although not essential as full training will be provided.
