Key Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager is highly preferable, or at least Restaurant Supervisor.
  • Organisation and time management (ability to handle admin and operational duties on a daily basis).
  • Financial acumen (understanding basic financial principles, including budgeting, cost control and profitability analysis).
  • Strong grasp on operational knowledge within a hospitality/restaurant context.
  • Adaptable to variety of task loads.
  • Attention to detail and ability to solve issues seamlessly.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good understanding of restaurant operations and customer service.
  • Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues quickly.
  • Knowledge of food safety, health, and hygiene standards.
