The Highcrest Academy is seeking a dedicated Humanities professional to join the Inclusion and Wellbeing Team. The successful candidate will be supported by the Head of Humanities and an Assistant Headteacher who is a qualified SENDCo, receiving robust guidance as you transition into the role.
Extensive experience of SEND and a commitment to safeguarding are essential. Since September 2024, all permanent staff enjoy a 9-day working fortnight with a Reset Day, alongside statutory PPA time.
