The Role

  • Working alongside the Head Chef, you'll help lead the kitchen team, ensuring consistently high-quality food is delivered while maintaining excellent standards, organisation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes
  • Supervise and develop junior chefs
  • Ensure food hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained
  • Assist with stock control, ordering and waste management
  • Help manage food costs and GP
  • Maintain a clean, organised kitchen

About You

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or experienced Chef de Partie ready to step up
  • Passion for fresh food and quality ingredients
  • Excellent organisation and leadership skills
  • Calm under pressure
  • Food Safety qualification desirable
