We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, including hotels and commercial spaces. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
*Duties*
* Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas in hotels or commercial buildings.
* Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
* Handle cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly, adhering to safety protocols.
* Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and addressing any concerns promptly.
* Assist with additional tasks as required, including light cooking duties when necessary.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
*Qualifications*
* Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments is preferred but not essential.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
