We are currently recruiting for an experienced Reception Supervisor to join the team at Michelin* HIDE restaurant. Your role will include a variety of shifts including Breakfast, double and closing shifts including bank holidays and weekends. Part-time applications will not be considered on this occasion.

HIDE restaurants were awarded Michelin* within their first year. This is an ideal opportunity for a Reception Supervisor looking to join a great team of professionals. We are looking for a truly passionate professional looking to develop their career & are keen to promote from within. We foster our Host/Hostess team to develop their skills with mentorship from a member of our Management Team and an array of social activities and supplier visits. The restaurant itself is a beautiful, uniquely designed space with bespoke tableware & one of the largest wine lists in the country. Service showcases the vast range of skills at our Reception Supervisor disposal by bringing elements of theatricality to the dining room. This position is hourly paid and available for an immediate start.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests and being the first point of call
  • Ensuring a pleasant welcome and cherry goodbye
  • Managing the cloakroom service
  • Seating guests, informing the management of any requirements
  • Supporting the senior team during service
  • Flexibility in working days and hours
  • Available to work evenings and weekends
  • Using Seven Rooms to maximise restaurant capacity
  • Menu and table plan printing
  • Supporting the restaurant team to turn tables
  • Reporting any problems to the relevant manager
