We are currently recruiting for an experienced Head Waiter/Waitress to join the team at Michelin HIDE. HIDE is an urban oasis from the bustling world, hidden in plain sight. Spread over three floors, two light-filled dining rooms are set around a breath-taking central staircase and enjoy tranquil views over Green Park.
Responsibilities
- Managing your section within the restaurant efficiently and professionally
- Awareness of the menu and preparation of dishes
- Completing the set-up of the restaurant
- Building a rapport with regular guests
- Maintaining the standards set for service by the Restaurant Manager
