We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team at Michelin* HIDE. HIDE is an urban oasis from the bustling world, hidden in plain sight. Spread over three floors, two light‑filled dining rooms are set around a breath‑taking central staircase and enjoy tranquil views over Green Park. Serving breakfast, lunch & dinner, a sizeable a la carte menu showcases the very best seasonal offerings, largely sourced from a close network of small farmers & suppliers from across the UK. A tasting menu with matching wine flights is also available on both floors. Everything is made in‑house wherever possible: from charcuterie & bread to jams, juices and pickles.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, cooking & presenting dishes within your speciality.
  • Working within a team on a section of the kitchen.
  • Following H&S regulations.
  • Demonstrating a respectful attitude & responding respectfully to management.
