We are currently recruiting for an experienced Breakfast Commis Chef to join the team at Michelin* HIDE. Part time hours 16-24 hours per week. HIDE is an urban oasis from the bustling world, hidden in plain sight. Spread over three floors, two light-filled dining rooms are set around a breath-taking central staircase and enjoy tranquil views over Green Park. Serving breakfast, lunch & dinner, a sizeable a la carte menu showcases the very best seasonal offerings, largely sourced from a close network of small farmers & suppliers from across the UK. A tasting menu with matching wine flights is also available on both floors. Everything is made in-house wherever possible: from charcuterie & bread to jams, juices and pickles.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing, cooking within your designated section
- Stock control & waste management
- Ensuring you follow H&S regulations
