We are looking for a passionate Barista to join our friendly team in the heart of Mayfair at Hideaway, a casual eatery brought to you by the team behind HIDE. Located on Mount Street, it has fast become a destination spot known for its coffee selection and a café twist on HIDE's food hits. Hideaway is a fast-paced and exciting place to be. Our extensive food and drinks menu is constantly changing and evolving, paired with access to the finest ingredients and equipment, meaning there are always delicious things to be tasting and serving to our guests.
Our coffee menu usually consists of between 6-7 different espresso options exclusively sourced for us by Union Hand Roasted and Climpson and Sons, prepared on a La Marzocco Linea PB, Mythos and EK43 grinders. We also offer batch brew, an extensive speciality tea menu and a seasonal signature drinks menu. Bespoke training sessions are provided by both Union and Climpson and Sons, plus training opportunities at our sister restaurant HIDE.
Confidence adhering to multiple espresso recipes and consistent latte art (hearts are fine and encouraged) in a fast-paced environment and an interest in other aspects of the menu are essential!
