As a Digital and Social Media Assistant, you will play a key role in enhancing our digital footprint and creating meaningful connections with our audiences across several leading financial brands. What you will be doing
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall brand messaging and promotional activities for a handful of brands.
- Social Media Management: Monitor and manage social media accounts, responding to comments and messages in a timely, professional but engaging manner.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and recommend strategies to increase online engagement.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse social media performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
- Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
