We’re looking for someone who:
- Is genuinely hands-on and visible on the floor
- Has strong Food & Beverage, weddings and events experience
- Can lead, motivate and develop a hotel team
- Understands labour, purchasing, margins and operational cost control
- Is commercially minded and focused on growing revenue as well as controlling costs
- Sets high standards for guest experience, cleanliness and service
- Can introduce structure, accountability and consistent operating standards
- Is comfortable working in a flat management structure and leading by example
This could suit an experienced Operations Manager, a GM from a smaller independent hotel, or an exceptional F&B / Deputy Manager ready to step up into a broader hotel leadership role.
