What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead, motivate and manage a team of welders within a fast‑paced production environment.
  • Oversee daily welding operations, ensuring quality, safety and targets are met.
  • Interpret engineering drawings.
  • Plan workloads.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering and quality teams.
  • Maintain high standards of Health & Safety.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience as a Welding Supervisor or Team Leader.
  • Strong hands‑on welding background.
  • Experience with MIG/TIG on mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
  • Flexible and able to adapt as required.
  • Strong understanding of weld processes, procedures and quality standards.
  • Health & Safety and quality‑focused mindset.
  • Strong organisational skills and time‑management.
  • Clear and confident communication skills.
