What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, motivate and manage a team of welders within a fast‑paced production environment.
- Oversee daily welding operations, ensuring quality, safety and targets are met.
- Interpret engineering drawings.
- Plan workloads.
- Collaborate with production, engineering and quality teams.
- Maintain high standards of Health & Safety.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as a Welding Supervisor or Team Leader.
- Strong hands‑on welding background.
- Experience with MIG/TIG on mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
- Flexible and able to adapt as required.
- Strong understanding of weld processes, procedures and quality standards.
