Alpha Manufacturing – part of The HEX Group – is a UK leader in precision sheet metal fabrication, shaping excellence through innovation, craftsmanship and cutting‑edge technology.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of the dedicated Quality Team.
- Inspect components and assemblies to drawing standards or inspection documents.
- Aide production to achieve RFT targets.
- Maintain high health and safety standards.
- Create weld instructions and SOP documents.
Qualifications
- Flexible and able to adapt as required.
- Experienced in weld processes and procedures.
- CSWIP Level 2 advantageous.
- Excellent organisational skills and time management.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in a manufacturing quality inspection role.
