Due to continued growth and increasing demand, we're looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Installation Engineer to join our expanding team.

The Role

As an Installation Engineer, you'll play a vital role in bringing our products to life at customers' homes across the UK. From carrying out site surveys to delivering high-quality installations, you'll be the face of HEX Living, ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience. No two days are the same. You'll travel to customer sites, work alongside colleagues to achieve installation targets, and take pride in delivering a first-class finish every time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and assemble HEX Living products at customer locations
  • Conduct pre- and post-installation site surveys
  • Ensure all installation processes and quality standards are followed
  • Work closely with the Team Leader to meet customer delivery deadlines
  • Maintain and care for company-issued tools and equipment
  • Follow all health and safety requirements while working on-site
  • Support operational requirements, including occasional overnight stays where required
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and represent the HEX Living brand professionally

You’ll Have

  • Previous assembly, installation, or fitting experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

  • The ability to problem-solve on-site and work efficiently
  • Flexibility to accommodate installation schedules and travel requirements
