About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Despatch/Warehouse Operative to join our busy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, labelled, and dispatched on time while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare goods for dispatch, ensuring correct labelling and documentation.
  • Load and unload deliveries safely.
  • Operate a Counterbalance FLT.
  • Conduct stock checks and report discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
  • Work closely with warehouse and production teams to meet daily targets.
  • Follow all company health and safety procedures.
  • Light assembly work.

About You

  • Previous warehouse or despatch experience.
  • FLT Counterbalance license.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling tasks.
