The Hesketh Arms is seeking a Deputy General Manager to join our team in Rufford.

The role starts for the post-refurbishment opening, with a 2-week training period beginning 26 October 2026; earlier starts possible via sister-site training.

You will support the General Manager in leading the team, delivering exceptional service, and driving standards in a busy pub environment with real ale and seasonal menus.
