The predicted salary is between 80000 - 100000 € per year.

This position will lead the relationship with a wide range of corporate organisations and work in partnership with their various distribution channels (e.g. Travel Management Companies (TMCs), Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and consulting organisations). The ideal candidate will be passionate and have a deep knowledge and experience of building strong relationships to drive quality revenue, increase brand exposure, increase share, create product and service differentiation, drive innovation, optimise customer experience and deliver growth through existing and new customers. This will include negotiation of agreements, account management, development and implementation of sales plans, raising the Company's profile at industry events and through industry organisations, tracking and analysis of results and using output for future revenue growth and continuous development with a keen focus on sustainable profitable revenue.

The role will be based out of our UK HQ and will report to the VP Sales and Marketing, International, and will form a key player in an experienced group of Sales and Marketing leadership. Responsible for new business sales and existing business retention and growth, leading to overall profitable revenue growth in the UK, managed through leading a sales team targeting UK domestic corporate customers, and working in partnership with the Corporate Sales Directors based in the UK focused on multinational and global UK headquartered organisations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute the revenue growth strategy to achieve annual sales targets for the UK and contribute to the overall success of the Company in Europe and globally.
  • Build the profile of Hertz across the corporate segment (including small, medium, multinational and global organisations).
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure demand generation is a central consideration throughout the organisation.
  • Collaborate with internal partners including the General Managers, Finance, Revenue Management, Fleet, Operations, Technology, Product, HR and Legal.
  • Represent Hertz through industry bodies and organizations including the Business Travel Association, Institute of Travel Management, and GBTA, taking a leading role in managing the Company's presence at key events, conferences and exhibitions.
  • Manage sales teams, deliver and exceed sales targets, and manage cost budgets.
  • Create and execute successful strategies to achieve sales growth and client retention/expansion through new and existing customers.
  • Manage the pipeline of opportunities, renewal schedules and associated opportunities and risks.
  • Lead senior relationships and build a web of influence within client and prospect organizations.
  • Contribute to Sales and Marketing performance by meeting key metrics such as Revenue growth, Rate per Day (RPD) improvement, new business targets, profitability and margin in line with Company goals.
  • Regularly report on progress and success, highlighting areas of opportunity and development.
  • Own and manage customer relationship management (CRM) tools and reporting, meet and exceed new business sales, customer retention and revenue growth targets.
