Hertsmere Golf Club is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Events Sales Executive to join our vibrant team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating memorable events and has a talent for sales. The primary focus will be on promoting and selling the event space at our exquisite Script Restaurant, which hosts a range of events including wedding receptions, bar and bat mitzvahs, and birthday parties., * Lead Generation: Actively generate new leads to promote the event spaces available at Script Restaurant.

Client Meetings: Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients to discuss their event needs and showcase our venue’s offerings.

Event Coordination: Collaborate closely with the culinary and service teams to meet the specific food and beverage requirements of each event.

Sales and Promotion: Utilize your sales skills to upsell different areas of our event space and additional services, enhancing the overall customer experience and maximizing revenue.

Closing Sales: Effectively close sales by addressing client concerns, negotiating terms, and confirming details to secure bookings.

Financial Transactions: Manage the process of arranging payments and handling invoicing to ensure all financial aspects are timely and accurately executed.

Client Relations: Maintain and develop relationships with clients before, during, and after events to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Proven experience in sales, particularly within the events or hospitality industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Familiarity with Triple Seat and Open Table software and payment processing systems is preferred., * Events management: 2 years (required)
