What you’ll be doing as a Head Bartender:
- Support the bar team, overseeing daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service at pace while maintaining high standards.
- Inspire and support bartenders, ensuring they deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere and memorable experiences for guests.
- Monitor stock levels, keep track of stock usage and place orders when required.
- Mentor and train bar staff to improve their skills and provide opportunities to grow within the company.
- Work closely with management to implement new ideas that enhance the guest experience and drive business growth.
About you, our Head Bartender:
- Proven experience working in a busy fast‑paced bar environment.
- Advantageous if you have previous experience in fine dining or high‑end restaurants.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate, manage and develop a diverse team.
- Positive and friendly attitude, willingness to work collaboratively with the team.
