We are seeking an experienced Project Co-ordinator to support the implementation of a new HR system across the college. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will coordinate data cleansing and migration activities, work with Payroll, Finance and Line Managers to define processes for starters, leavers and job changes, and support system configuration aligned to payroll cycles. You will track project milestones, communicate progress to stakeholders, and support training and system roll-out as required.
This is a hands-on, time-limited role suited to someone with strong HR data experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively to tight deadlines.
