Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
- Manage HR processes including recruitment, payroll, and staff wellbeing
- Oversee premises management, health & safety, and compliance
- Line manage administrative and non-classroom based support staff
- Work closely with the Headteacher and Management Committee (governors) to support strategic planning
The successful candidate should:
- Have a proven track record of interpersonal and leadership skills
- Have relevant qualifications (e.g. CSBM, DSBM, or equivalent)
- Be highly organised, reliable and have excellent time management skills
- Be self-motivated and able to use initiative
