Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
  • Manage HR processes including recruitment, payroll, and staff wellbeing
  • Oversee premises management, health & safety, and compliance
  • Line manage administrative and non-classroom based support staff
  • Work closely with the Headteacher and Management Committee (governors) to support strategic planning

The successful candidate should:

  • Have a proven track record of interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Have relevant qualifications (e.g. CSBM, DSBM, or equivalent)
  • Be highly organised, reliable and have excellent time management skills
  • Be self-motivated and able to use initiative
  • Have excellent communication and ICT skills
  • Be able to work well under pressure and to a high level of accuracy
