Location: Edinburgh City Centre (a mix of office and home working)
Salary: £34,000 – £38,000 base depending on experience, plus full benefits listed below.

There’s so much more to HEINEKEN than meets the eye and right now, we’re looking for a Turnaround & Litigation Controller to join our Star Pubs Finance team in Edinburgh.
About the role
The Turnaround & Litigation Controller is responsible for managing the day‑to‑day operations and decision‑making relating to the credit‑control of a portfolio of approximately 50-100 pubs that are deemed either high‑risk/intensive care customers or have ex‑tenant debt.
The primary task within the role is to ensure maximum reduction in bad debt provision and mitigate bad debt write‑offs.
Reporting to the Credit Risk Manager, this role supports a varying number of our Business Development Managers to achieve agreed performance objectives, KPIs and service levels (both financial and customer experience metric‑related).
