Salary: £32,770 p/a + £9,373 shift allowance

Contract: 3 month fixed term, extendable to 6 months

Shift Pattern: Panama

About The Role

As the Technical Operator, you’ll approach the production line with a lean mindset and positive attitude. We need motivated self‑starters who will be proactive in taking ownership of their area.

  • Ensure running of high‑speed packaging machinery efficiently, effectively & safely.
  • Perform quality checks & take swift corrective actions.
  • Manage stock levels accurately using SAP.
  • Use process knowledge to identify root causes of problems and prevent recurrence.
  • Contribute to Zero Accidents Culture by delivering high standards of cleanliness and reliability.
  • Deliver FTR (First Time Right) on quality and process.
  • Help drive continuous improvement through TPM programme.

About The Team

You'll be part of the packaging team, ensuring bottling, canning and other lines run smoothly and efficiently, maintaining machinery reliability and anticipating future needs.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Familiarized with production facility or automated manufacturing environment.
  • Qualifications in Maths & English GCSEs.
  • Good understanding of IT systems.
  • Previous packaging experience preferred.
  • Passion to learn.
