  • Develop and train team leaders and operators on packaging quality control. Initiate improvement teams, RCFAs, and support NPI management.
  • Embed TPM methodology and Shopfloor Excellence, lead pillar agendas, audits, and strategy initiatives. Drive OTIF, employee engagement, and sustainability improvements (water, energy, APM 0–3).
  • Manage packaging equipment lifecycle, reliability, maintenance, and Capex project support. Ensure DCS, PM cycles, and HACS are implemented effectively.
  • Support the Packaging Manager in team management, recruitment, performance management, and career development according to Heineken procedures and training agendas.
  • Provide clear reporting on packaging performance and KPIs. Plan shift staffing and resources, monitor execution, and make daily adjustments to priorities.
