The HEINEKEN Company in Tadcaster is seeking a Shift Leader for the bottling line to drive safe, efficient production on a Panama shift (12-hour days/nights). You will lead the shift team, partner with TPM stakeholders, and develop colleagues to perform at their best.
You’ll report to the Bottling Line Leader and ensure KPI targets are met while maintaining a focus on health, safety and continuous improvement across the site.
