About the role

As a Shift Leader, there is never a dull day as you’ll be a part of driving and leading a team of colleagues whilst working towards common goals and a shared vision. This including a reduction in down time, careful monitoring of meantime between assist & stop (MBA/S), implementing and navigating a team through our Zero Accident Culture and most importantly, being able to oversee the bottling, canning & kegging lines of production come to life! You’ll also ensure that you are able to also develop your team effectively through objective setting, resource planning and being able to contribute to the wider Heineken climate targets. Being able to create an environment filled with opportunities to learn and grow will enable you all to thrive and display a collective effort to win!

Who we’re looking for?
We’re seeking a proactive leader who can inspire and motivate others to achieve exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
  • A strong track record of implementing and driving Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.
  • Commitment to health and safety, with experience championing behavioural safety practices and driving a Zero Accident Culture.
  • The ability to manage resources effectively, set clear objectives, and develop team members to their full potential.
