About the role:

Safety is our top priority. We live and breathe putting safety first and expect you to do the same. Our Logistics Operators follow SOPs, manage inventory systems, and operate machines (including FLTs – counterbalance). Along with your current FLT license, experience in a fast-moving production or warehousing environment, including computerized warehouse and inventory management systems, is desirable.

With attention to detail and a focus on First Time Right (FTR) quality and process adherence, you will be responsible for incoming materials, allocating work to logistics team members, and providing high standards of customer service to production areas and public customers.

Who we’re looking for:

Our Logistics Operators should be skilled planners and confident users of Microsoft Office applications. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is a plus. Excellent communication skills are essential for coordinating with logistics planners on material stocks and load scheduling, as well as delivering high levels of customer service. A minimum of 2 years proven experience operating a counterbalance FLT is required.
