About the role

Reporting to the Customer Development Director, this role covers the Northumberland region and focuses on expanding brand presence across pubs and bars to drive incremental net distribution.

Key accountabilities

• Prioritise calls to strategically important accounts, focusing on maximum impact.
• Sell our iconic brand propositions to outlet decision‑makers with passion, ensuring alignment with outlet type and brand positioning.
• Identify appropriate outlets for marketing activity and deliver outstanding execution of promotional campaigns.

This fast‑paced role requires flexibility, a strong drive to storytell, and the ability to build quick, quality relationships across all customer types.

• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Appetite to learn and grow.
• Experience delivering against targets.
• Brand selling experience.
• Commercial acumen and negotiating skills.
