Star Pubs, part of HEINEKEN UK, is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Midlands (Staffordshire or Leicestershire).

You’ll manage around 33 pubs and drive profitability with a dedicated support team, building strong relationships with operators and lessees.

You’ll own P&L for each pub, design tailored retail plans, and roll out brand and marketing initiatives to boost revenue across the portfolio.
