Position Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead a portfolio of our best-loved brands and drive volume, value and market share growth. This is a director-level remit. You will own the brand P&L, lead a team, and act as brand guardian across the HEINEKEN UK business.
Responsibilities
- Own the brand P&L and lead a team of managers and senior specialists.
- Set and own brand and channel plans using the full marketing mix to grow profitability and brand awareness.
- Track performance against plans and intervene early when corrections are needed.
- Partner with senior leaders across Business Units to shape cross‑functional strategies.
- Monitor consumer attitudes, competitor moves and distribution to keep brands in pace with the market.
- Lead marketing transformation across functions and stakeholder groups within a complex multinational matrix.
Qualifications
- Extensive FMCG or CPG experience in brand marketing, with a core focus on creative brand building.
- End‑to‑end business leadership with large‑scale P&L ownership and clear commercial accountability.
- Track record in modern, culture‑led brand building and appetite to drive marketing transformation.
- Experience leading sizeable, high‑performing teams and building capability rather than performing tasks yourself.
- Confidence operating within a complex multinational matrix, influencing across functions and stakeholders.
- Deep consumer sector knowledge, with an understanding of the external market, competitor behaviour and distribution.
- Strong commercial and analytical judgement, translating insight into winning brand and channel plans.
- Experience developing through‑the‑line communications campaigns across the full marketing mix.
